How we handle your data.

1. Who we are

Studio Swyft is a one-person design and development studio based in the Netherlands, operated by Eloy Boone. For questions about this policy or your data, email info@studio-swyft.be.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you give us directly through our forms:

• Contact form — your name, email, optional phone and company, project type, budget range, and your message.
• “Start a project” wizard — your name, email, optional phone and company, plus the project details you fill in (type, services, description, references, budget, timeline).

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The only cookies set are essential ones for the admin panel (used by the studio, not visitors).

3. Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if we agree to work together, to manage the project. Your data is never used for marketing emails, sold, or shared with third parties for advertising.

4. Legal basis

Under the GDPR, our legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to potential clients.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't turn into projects are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If we work together, your contact data is retained for the duration of the project plus 7 years (Dutch tax law requirement).

6. Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted third parties to operate the studio:

• Resend — sends transactional emails (form notifications). Data processed: your name, email, and the contents of your submission.
• Scaleway — hosts the website and database in the EU.

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and process data within the EU/EEA.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

To exercise any of these rights, email info@studio-swyft.be and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the “last updated” date at the top will reflect that. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 30 days.
